You know the customers, partners, or leaders you want to reach. Another introduction has not moved the conversation. Rare Rooms™ give selected people a reason to spend real time together around a shared purpose and a useful next step.
Explore our public experiences and room archive, learn to build your own, or commission Lighthouse to design a room for your organization.
FROM RAINMAKER TO MARKET MAKER
Experience it. Learn it. Build it with us.
A market maker creates reasons for valuable people to come together and leads the relationship toward a useful next step. Choose where you want to begin.
Experience a Rare Room™
Join a public experience and feel the care behind the welcome, seating, conversation, and follow-through. The Pinnacle Prom™ is the next public celebration.
Then explore the cohort or bring the work to your organization.
Learn to build your own
Build Your Own Rare Room™ teaches founders and relationship-led teams to create a purposeful experience connected to referrals, partnerships, or market entry.
$3,500 per participant. Same rate for individual and company-funded seats. Company-exclusive delivery: six-seat minimum, $21,000.
The people. The conversation. The business around the room.
Choose the work your room needs. Lighthouse can design and curate the experience, lead the conversation, bring a keynote or live coaching, and connect the offer, invitation, useful ask, and follow-through.
01 / The work
Curate the room
Choose the people, purpose, and format. Give every seat a reason to be there.
02 / The work
Hold + lead the room
Set the context and norms. Ask useful questions, make participation possible, and guide the conversation.
03 / The work
Keynote + teach the room
Give people a shared language they can use in the decisions and conversations that follow.
04 / The work
Critique + coach the work
Use live feedback, hot seats, and practical coaching to sharpen a message, offer, ask, or decision.
05 / The work
Package + sell the experience
Define who it is for, what people receive, how it is priced and invited, and the fitting paid next step.
06 / The work
Follow through
Name the actions and owners. Connect people where useful and capture what happened after the room.
Your organization invests in customer events, partner gatherings, or leadership conversations. You need a clearer reason for people to attend, a conversation worth having, and ownership of what follows. Pinnacle Powered™ brings Lighthouse in to design and lead that work.
Bring the business goal: a new market, stronger customer relationships, a partnership, or a decision that needs the people together. We agree the purpose, participants, responsibilities, and measures before the work begins.

The work includes more than the gathering.
The scope can include room strategy, participant curation, conversation design, facilitation, a useful ask, and follow-through. We agree responsibilities for invitations, venue, hospitality, and production before the work begins.
Nicki Bland developed her experience inside the Rare Rooms™ cohort, then refined it through private coaching. Kristi helped her create a Rare Room™ at Field & Main. Thirty guests gathered around live performance and a shared purpose.
The evening raised $20,000 in support of Washington National Opera. Relationship → trust → ask → action.
The work continued into The Voice at the Table™, Nicki’s sold-out October 8 experience in Tysons. Donna also developed The Presence Room inside the cohort, then refined it through private coaching. Her experience sold out.
Kristi can hold the room. And give it somewhere useful to go.

“your keynote had the crowd hanging on every word!”
You can start with the purpose and the people who need to be in the conversation. The inquiry asks what is already in place so the scope can reflect it.
We already have an event team. Where does Lighthouse fit?
Lighthouse designs the purpose, participant mix, conversation, ask, and follow-through. We agree how that work connects with your invitations, logistics, and production team.
How is the work scoped?
The business goal, participants, format, and level of curation, facilitation, and follow-through shape the scope. The inquiry includes an optional investment question with “I need a recommendation” as a choice.
What happens after the inquiry?
Lighthouse reviews the goal, people, timing, and what is already in place, then follows up about the fit and a useful next conversation.
